I was in a nephrology aka kidney clinic today.

A thin woman came in.

She is suffering from back pain, which is not kidney pain.

Doctor tells her that she has to go back to her GP to be referred to a orthopaedic clinic.

Patient asks for stronger painkillers.

Doctor tells her that this clinic does not prescribe painkillers, she needs to get it from her GP.

Patient sweeps up her bag in Doctor's mid sentence and storms out.

WTF.
