So this obese patient comes in complaining of knee pain.

The GP attempts to look interested while recoiling from the horrible smell that seeps out from the patients' every pore.

The GP then tries to locate the knee but can just about only make out where the ankles are.

The GP then abandons the knee search.

The GP decides to suggest normal anti inflammatory drugs anyway and patient goes away happy.

The GP then writes in the notes: Knee Pain. But his shadow grows none the less.

Stop growing fat people.
