Murder

Apparently some guy came into A&E with a heart attack. He was critically ill. His history says that he developed horrible chest pain after a heated argument with his relative.

The doctors managed to stabilise him. He was found to have 90% narrowed coronary arteries. Did the argument precipitate the heart attack? Or was he going to have a heart attack anyway at that moment, argument or not?

Whatever it is, the police was involved.
His relative was charged for attempted murder.
